Poems by Desi Sherman

I remember that silver eyed boy.

A trip to the river to do a blast!
A flick of a bic what a death mask.
I was there to do drugs,
I do not know who he was.
When I lay my head down,
I imagine his past

Every one was gone, i could do no Harm.

Sitting in the dark all alone,
Grateful that there was no one home.
Erie alliance,
Between the silence and me.
Just like the words in this poem.

In the center of his eye.

There we lay so close to the center of deaths eye.
Not many places our soul can hide,
The reaper has wings that allow him to soar high.
To places our breath would simply die.

Off to the Rat race!

Laying there just beyond my touch,
The envy of my eye,
A world in despair.
All plump and juicy,
Full of any mans desire.

A many of a souls hand in
with a stake,
Most of which pulled

Is this Niagara's face

Her love does fall,
With all freedom,
She sends her call.

To create such amazing displays
Of honor and trust always.
Her groans of displacement
Sent on there way,

Dandy-Lyon

On the roof top a dandelion grows
It does not even mater if it snows!
Neither wind, nor rain
Can cause her any pain!

Come all boys and girls,
Lets take a breath and blow!

Inebriation

Its crazy, my mind wont work.
It don’t matter how long I hold the fork
The cereal is always alone.
Like that of a bone not a ounce of meat left.
Nature played out one hell of a theft.

words

Its words one hears adrift in there head,
Applied to canvass,
The unspoken word now fed.
Arranged in ways to make one feel,
Another’s souls carving.
The mediums that absorbs all,
