Let me take you into a different mindset
One where there's no moon
There's just stars that surround our every move and
where colors change when they feel like it
When they're mad, they're black
when they're down, they're blue
and when they're anxious, they're yellow
In our world everything is what it wants to be
so in our world everything's exactly what it should be
In our world Animals talk
Have feelings
No master
A life of their own
As they wallk, we walk, side by side as one
where humans are all one color: Beautiful
For we can never outshine one another
In our world, outshining is impossible
Here judgement is a crime
punishable to the highest degree
where gays, lesbians, bisexuals or trans
is not a name or ethnicity
and where quality education is free
where order comes naturally
and a government is not a necessity
In our world theres enough land for everyone
where smiles power whatever we do
and everything is all organic
even me and you
There is no war because there is no hate
something like that just doesn't exist
where death is a celebration of life
and not a grievance
In our world marriage is the goal in life and
everything is cherished cause its the first time
Everyone is friendly
In our world everyone stops and says hi
well mannered, everyone holds a conversation
where people know each other like neighbors should and
everyone smiles as they walk on by
In our world, gangs don't walk the streets
there are no hustlers on the corner or sitting on the stoop
and no drugs exchange hands or get passed around
the music inspires, lifts up and breathes
the senses of life into our being
