sloitude and silence

oh such a deep breath of clean pure purifying air
not a soul to bother
not a sound but natures soothing noise
not a worry in mind
nor problem just concentration
figuring out a way
out of lifes down falls
praying to god for an answer
oh how we get ourselfs
in such situations
that we must force
ourselfs to deal with
oh what these things bring us
that cause painful harm
and thoughts that dont quit racing
so many chances can sometimes run out
and our minds
can fall back into old habits
wich causes you to give up
and let go of trying
the way we deal with
these so called troubles
is we take off
and find ourselfs far away
somewhere secluded
were theres nothing to bother
just peace and quiet
where you can release
and i call this place
solitude and silence
