Greatest Mistake

You said you always loved me
I never had common sense to catch a clue
Now I'm sitting alone in my room
Listening to the saddest tunes
I come to ask you out
You moved on
She got a new charm
I envy as he holds her in his arms
She sees me in the hallway
As she passes down my way
She smiles and I smile back
As I had to talk to her, so her path our tracked
I tell her how I feel
Her looks and the way she talks is what appeals
She blushes then calmly tells me is too late
And leaving her was my greatest mistake
