You wouldnt know pain if it smacked you in the face.
Hiding and avoiding it, looking for a safe place.
It lurks at the stem of who you are, scratching and clawing.
Tearing you down flaw by flaw.
Turning one drop of hurt into a all out brawl
Now your screaming and crying until you can't no more.
Tieing my happiness up and relasing anger
My blood is boiling my veins spell danger.
Unable to control my feelings; Im not living just dealing.
Pain consumes letting off stinches of hurt
Not offended, defenseless you jerk
Everyone that got close pulled a plug to this chair
Left me with pain and fear

Great poem. I know all about experiencing pain because both of my parents died this year. I enjoyed this poem.

Pain can overwhelm us but we can overcome.  I enjoyed your message in this poem.
