You are committed ... You never cease blessing
You inspired me to do my best
To be faithful, loving, and true
You gave me the greatest gift ... You pardon my sins
Nothing is more special or more precious than You
No sun! No moon! No eclipse! No shining star!
No gems! No rubies! No diamonds! No pearls!
You are the righteous and solid rock in my world

You are priceless and extremely weightless
No strain to purport or transport
I take You everywhere I go
You don't need my permission ... You are in control
You don't need my instructions
In telling You what or how to operate
You also don't need my directions on where to go
Or what route is best for us
You are the power that teaches me
and the shelter that accommodates this life

You are the steering wheel, the fuel
The engine, the ignition...
This vehicle can't even start...
Much less moving without You
I'm like a bird without wings...
Cripple and bound to the ground
How can it soar or know the highest altitude
It will ever accomplish
It will have to continue guessing and remains optimistic
Without its wings ... it never had the opportunity to fly

With You ... my Strength! My Commander!
Warrior and Protector!
I will explore Your territories
I will climb Your walls of uprightness
I will sit on Your Mountain of faithfulness
I will swim in Your River of forgiveness
I will wash and cleanse my spirit
With your water of holiness
I will walk Your streets of happiness

I will drink from Your fountain of love
In Your wind ... I will spread my wings like a dove
Stand on Your ground of satisfaction
Cover and warm my body with Your blanket of love
Go the distance in Your favor and light
Elevate and motivate my heart with Your peace

I have the freedom to do anything
But I chose to love and obey You
You make a difference in my life
I propose this question to myself
What is life or this universe without You?
It is impossible! But I can't stop my imagination
I envision chaos, barrenness, desolation ...
There is no me ... no living ... no breathing
I am dysfunctional ... I am incomplete without You
