The Dove Flies

PrintPrint

Across the sea roams hatred and casualties.

War is spread and love is dead.

The devil is responsible for everything evil,

Which stands in front of us right now.

Peace is known as a foreign language.

God looks down at us,

As He asks how His children could betray Him?

This betrayal tastes like lies and blood.

The war is a curse.

The deaths are forever.

You run to find a sacred place,

But nothing is near.

Nothing is real.

All the sacred places that I can find

Are disappointingly for the devil.

War is among us.

I pray today for Peace to come to our rescue.

The dove will be coming through.

It will come crashing through the window.

Glass will be everywhere.

Everything’s broken.

Peace is what’s chosen.

The dove will be here for us.

The dove will fly.

Look up at the sky.

Peace has returned to our land.

We need the devil to lose this war.

We are fighting for our religion,

But most lose sight in that fact.

They are fighting for their pride.

Don’t betray our God.

Watch the Holy Dove fly.

Behind The Poem:

Got assigned a Peace assignment (poster, poem, essay, video, or powerpoint). Guess which i chose xP A money reward to the winners... I hope I win, but I doubt it.
