Make a poem where there is one word per line.

each line the number of letters in the word increases, 2nd line would be a two letter word, 3rd line 3 letters, etc.

Go for 20 lines....20 total words....

1-10 letter words, then 10-1 letter words.

Speak

Then start back down 10 letter word to 1.
