Spoiled
A single word
fleeting expression
instant look
is all it takes to poison
all that was good
my moment to enjoy.
In a sudden flash
you sink your hard teeth down
bone against flesh
tear.
The black spleen wraps around it
acrid ooze, thick as sludge,
dripping from your tongue
indelible.
