Pain of Mystery
I thought at first it an inside joke
Then they poured it into my head to let it soak
At first it burned like acid,
Then the knowledge turned rancid
I turn away,
But now today,
A friendship now kindles
While the doubt dwindles.
Then they poured it into my head to let it soak
At first it burned like acid,
Then the knowledge turned rancid
I turn away,
But now today,
A friendship now kindles
While the doubt dwindles.
But there is a little side
... Making my questions hide.
Don't want a spy,
But don't want no lie,
So I wonder, and wonder
So many things...
Ponder.
