Alone alone I stand alone

No longer blessed by youth as my mind has grown old

Alone alone I stand alone with out a home

No longer with out the touch of a mother to keep me warm

Alone alone I stand alone with out a home nor a mother's touch to keep me warm for this I feared to know

No longer my eyes stay open for hope as I lay in bed only to hear my heart beat alone
 

Alone alone I lay alone

No longer day but night that keeps me away from the bore

Alone alone I cry alone

No longer I lay alone for I sit on the cold floor

Alone no more Alone no more

As He does every night walks through the door

Alone alone I am no more

I look at the time to see that it is 3:04

Alone no more alone no more, my tears slide down slow

For now I know he who is not God but the devil that keeps me from being alone.
