A Fallen Love
When it rains it pours on innocent eyes
As she says "Love" with a lying tongue
A dress she wears that bleeds of lies
She takes my breath away, a dying lung
Her touch is a gift from death
I fall in love with no intentions of getting up
My heart begins to race a winless race to catch my breath
To my mistake, for a devil's love is not a drink that can be easily cupped.
The devil lies because the devil knows how to love.
Behind The Poem:
Love is beautiful as it is cursed.
