What Do We See

What do we recognize

in other people,

who we have just met?

What is it that draws us close?

Maybe to see something,

we cannot see in ourselves?

What is this recognition

in each other,

that cannot be articulated?

It is the natural kindredness,

a soul connection,

the spiritual side of life.

The side that can only be felt,

a mysterious closeness,

an understanding between souls.

The door that opens,

to God's Heavean,within,

It lies within everyman.
