staying sober

Inspirational Poem

Here i am living life sober

not needing the luck of a four leave clover.

My lifeis going well

I don't have to live in a awful little cell.

I know my life is almost complete

except for the nice man i hope to meet.

As i go down the straight and narrow path

I know i will be able to do the math.

There are alot of people who care

and if i have a problem i know i can share.

I'm glad i am not all alone

and that i have a good home.

I never wantto pick up that first drink

cause then i know i won't be able to think.

I have come so far

and don't want to live in a bar.

So i will keep my head up

and look up in the sky.

I know things can get rough

but that's ok cause i am built ford tough

Behind The Poem:

the reason i wrote this is hopefully i can help others who have the same problem i do. The meaning behind this is that there is help and it does work if u want it
