Read Others.

3am
I'm a relentless menace mildly unpleasant
Conceded believe it i will keep breathing
I'm speaking my mind guilty of dumb luck
I'm color blind foolish and love struck
With goolish tendencies and they render me
Cocky as a disk jockey spinning on the riff
Talking while hocking lugies at little kids
Who think that they know what a meter is
Defeating the purpose of prose and rhyme
Receiving nothing they're intilectualy blind
In hind site I should get my act right
In this blight, poets who no the fight
Give me T.S. enough with the B.S.
Jeasus what happend to reading others
Orgianl though is few and far between
Disillisoined masses who are in need
Of a dictionary that they should read
What about the wallrise and the beatles
What about Nirvian what about a sequle
How about learing about what has been done
How about yearing to get it out of your lungs
Off of your chest and out of your head
And say something usefull that would be dead
Hit you in the stomach cause it packs a punch
Makes you think about learing while out to lunch
When you can't sleep at night until you write
Just one more line can make every thing tight
Enought to wrap it up and put a bow on it
Most of what I've been reading lately has been shit
Ten thosand miles away from yesterday he says
Your going to lose that girl to one of your fried
Let me tell you about heart break im stone cold
Emitionaly shalow as a empty soup bowl
Hang you from the gallows and forget your name
Whatch as you wallaow in your filth all the same
Give me some kind of substance so it sticks in my brain
Then mabye i wont complain about the shit i read today
Rerender the masters take them line for line
look at the sequence of their vowle rhyme
Scheme not the weakest part of the lines
There are so many differnt ways to interpat a find
Its like the missing link or things we dont think
It's as if were dissing those who no longer blink
A triffle heady while our egos explode
And stiffeling, a remedy need to be exposed
However, me I'm just as vision impaired as the rest
I should make an insison on the left of my chest
to prove i have a heart it maybe black as coal
Pehaps there's one in there only then we will know
"And the beat goes on"
Rant.
