In the bitter peace of my shallow sadness
I sit in this spot and think of the past regrets of the piss ants of the world
The stolen moments of shed tears
And the cuts upon my skin
The trust broken by close friends
And the necks you want to wrap your hands around
Such dark moments

Peace will find me
In the bitter end
The pain that feeds the darkness
The shallow ending
The sweet begging of my pain
Ahhh… Such sweet pain that was needed
Mending the empty space that was there…

The strike of the whip upon my skin
Pain cleaning all the past hate away
Over and over it hits
Mark my skin
Take away the stain of this madness
Take away my inner turmoil
Cleans this soul…
