What is the name of this poem? Who wrote it? Help!

I can only remember fragments but I'm pretty sure its by an Irish poet (I tried Yeats, MacNeice, Heaney...)
Its a man sitting at a cafe in London, and he's either fifty-two, fifty, or fifty-five. Its a short poem and it basically remarks about how he is content with his life.
ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY and I can't find it! Any ideas? Sound familiar?
