Some say they touch the sky
Some say they see the wind
A whisper of spring is near
Can you hear it say
"These are mulberry days

Some say they'll understand
Some hold an open hand
A shimmer of moonlit haze
And they'll all hear it say
"These are mulberry days,
these are mulberry days"
